We are now offering an assessment of your home’s siding, decks, porches, windows and doors. These areas make up a large part of your home’s exterior shell, and knowing the condition they are in is important to understanding the overall condition of the exterior of your house.
The 12 Penny Exterior Assessment is $149 and includes a thorough inspection of your windows, doors, siding, and decks (porches too)*. We will analyze the energy efficiency of your current windows and doors, check for any trouble spots on your siding, and check the condition of any decks or porches.
Our inspection and assessment of these areas will be more in depth than what you would get with an overall home inspection. After our walkthrough, you will receive a comprehensive written report of our findings, including any short or long term recommendations we may have.
There is no obligation to purchase or commit to anything further following the assessment, but if you choose to hire us for anything that may be needed, we will apply the assessment fee to the cost of the project.

*Your roof is an important part of your home’s exterior, but we are not roofing experts. If you would like to get your roof assessed at the same time as the rest of your exterior, we can arrange for a roofing specialist to accompany us at the time of the assessment (additional charges may apply).
