OUR STORY

12 Penny Exteriors was started in 2020 by Stoneham native Paul Argiro.  As the son of a general contractor, Paul started working in the home improvement world at 13.  After some career twists and turns, Paul returned to home improvement because he saw a need for a better customer experience in home improvement.  He knew he could use his experience and expertise to guide homeowners in their own project journeys, while also delivering a trustworthy product and service experience.

12 Penny is based in Littleton, Massachusetts. We serve all nearby communities including Littleton, Westford, Chelmsford, Acton, Groton, Lowell, Pepperell, Boxborough, Harvard, Billerica, Andover, North Andover, Tewksbury, Tyngsboro, Ayer, and others in Middlesex and Worcester Counties.
