Your windows make up a significant part of the look of your home. They also need to protect your house from rain, wind, snow, cold AND heat (that’s New England for you!). If your windows are old, drafty, or just not up to par with modern window technology, they might not be doing their job. They might be hurting your home’s curb appeal and potential resale value if they are damaged or even just look in bad shape. When it’s time to replace some or all of the windows in your home, we are here to help.
Our goal is to find the best product for your home and your budget. We offer many choices from quality manufacturers like ProVia, Andersen, Pella, Marvin and more to make sure we can find the right fit for your project.
Vinyl Windows and WINDOW DEPOT USA™
Today’s premium vinyl windows are very strong, durable, and more customizable than ever before. And because vinyl is so easy to maintain – you’ll never have to paint or stain it and it will never rot – vinyl has become the most popular window choice in the US.
Our partnership with Window Depot USA™, the third largest remodeler in the US, enables us to offer competitive pricing on high quality ProVia vinyl windows, often with a free upgrade to triple pane technology.
WOOD CLAD WINDOWS
Wood is strong, timeless, attractive, and very energy efficient. However wood does not stand the test of time like vinyl or aluminum can, and recently manufacturers began offering the ‘wood clad’ window. The term “wood clad” simply means that the exterior wood frame and sashes are covered in either aluminum, vinyl, or some other proprietary material on the exterior. The goal is to have the best of both worlds: the beauty of wood on the inside and all the benefits of a “low-maintenance” window on the outside.
FIBERGLASS WINDOWS
Fiberglass windows tend to be lighter and stronger than other window types. They are impervious to water, bugs and all the other harmful things that can wreak havoc on a wood window, and will last between 30-50 years if you do some easy maintenance on them. Fiberglass windows, although more expensive than vinyl or wood-clad windows, may offer the best bang for your buck.

We want you to have a clear understanding of the differences between vinyl and wood-clad windows, the pros and cons of each, and which option might be the best fit for your home. We believe an informed consumer makes better choices!
