Mass Save HEAT loans and rebates

Mass Save offers homeowners in Massachusetts some great ways to save money while improving the energy efficiency of their homes. Watch Paul's short video or read on to learn more about how their programs apply to window replacement projects.

Improving the energy efficiency of your home’s windows is always a wise choice, both for your wallet and for your carbon footprint. If your house has single pane windows, it’s also a savvy financial move, because you likely qualify for Mass Save’s rebate program, as well as a 0% HEAT loan through one of the program’s participating lenders.

Mass Save offers a wide range of services, rebates, incentives, trainings, and information to Massachusetts homeowners interested in improving their home’s energy efficiency.  Beginning with an in-home (or in some cases virtual) home energy assessment, Mass Save® can provide you with detailed information about how you could make improvements to your home’s energy efficiency.  One of those ways may be upgrading your single pane windows.

For qualifying home improvements, which can include heating/AC systems, insulation, washing machines, stoves, and more, interest-free financing opportunities are available through Mass Save for up to $25,000 (up to $50,000 if installing an eligible heat pump).  For replacement of single pane windows with triple pane windows, a rebate of $75 per window is also available.

To learn more or get started, visit Mass Save’s website and schedule a home energy assessment. This step is important as some equipment (including windows) needs to be verified by Mass Save before replacement in order to qualify.  We are happy to walk you through the process!

When you are ready to move on to the next step, choosing a contractor to replace your windows, 12 Penny Exteriors is a great choice for your project.  Our process starts with a conversation – not a sales pitch- in which we come up with a solution that best fits your home’s unique upgrade needs.  We are looking forward to hearing from you – send us an email, give us a call at (978) 654-0275, or use our contact form to get in touch.
