This home was built in 2017 and some of the builder-grade windows had already failed. Additionally, the front door was letting in huge drafts. We replaced the door and windows with upgrades that will ensure the longevity and efficiency the exterior did not have from the original build.
FRONT DOOR: ProVia Signet Fiberglass door with 2 sidelights. “Nightfall” on the exterior and Snow Mist white on the interior. Emtek Antique Brass hardware with matching kickplate.

The OLD door didn’t look terrible but was very drafty.
While the new door retains some of the look and feel of the old, it is a style upgrade (note sidelites match the new door, enhancing the overall entrance) as well as a big improvement in energy efficiency.
